RECIPE FOR TENDLI PICKLE
- 200 tendlis
- 4 cups oil
- 20 green chilies(minced)
- 7 pods of garlic (minced)
- 6 pieces ginger (minced)
- 2 cups vinegar
- 4 table spoon turmeric
- 4 table spoon sugar
joelrockz15@gmail.com Goan receipehttps://goan receipe.com METHOD Cut tendlies into quarters ,add salt and hang to let the water drain, overnight.Boil the oil ,and add the green chilies ,garlic and ginger .When well fried , add vinegar,chilly powder,turmeric,tendlis and sugar,Bring to one fast to boil and hen remove from fire.Bottle,making sure the pickle is covered with oil.
